Located on the coast of Southern Kombo and arguably the biggest fishing village in the Gambia, Gunjur has a lot of history and a lot more to offer. The history of our Seyfolu (chiefs) might be a good starting point.

Gunjur is home to a great number of erudite Scholars, and we cherish and celebrate their noble work in the entire country.
